North Kent Service Center provides services to families and individuals living in Northern Kent County. Our service area boundries are North to 22 Mile Road, South 6 Mile Road (Cannonsburg-5 Mile) East to Montcalm County Road and West to Kenowa. To register with NKSC for the first time or when re-qualifying during the year you need to provide the following information:

• Picture I.D. (MI Drivers License or MI ID Card)
• A bill that is current within the past 30 days.
• Proof of income for all adults members of the household (tax return, pay stub, Unemployment or Workers Comp. letter, Social Security or Pension Benefit Statement, Disability Insurance, Veterans Benefits, Child Support)
• Social Security Cards for all members of the household
• Green Card - if applicable
• Supporting documents for all Social Service Agencies ( FIP, Food Stamps, WIC, etc...)
